Being a R&D based company, we pride ourselves in being able to customize our product to suit our customer's need. This is one such project, done for a steel industry company.

This custom model is meant for low speed vehicle in a noisy and high temperature environment. It is tuned to detect the speed of torpedo cars, which are used to carry molten iron. The heat radiation can reach up to 200~300℃, providing a challenge for low end devices. Only industry grade electronic parts and heat shielding can handle such operating condition.

It is design for low speed, ranging from 3km/h to 20km/h. At such speed, it is very difficult filtering the radar signals. Using advanced algorithm, this custom model can be capable of distinguishing torpedo cars from pedestrian, background noise, and wind.
